From our own need to the manufacture of professional welding tables

Before becoming a manufacturer of professional welding tables, we ourselves faced the daily challenges of a workshop: positioning parts correctly, saving time during assembly, repeating a fabrication accurately and having a genuine support adapted to the welder’s work.
In 2018, faced with this concrete need, we decided to design our first welding table.
At that time, the goal was not simply to create a new product. Above all, we needed a tool capable of improving the way we worked ourselves.
2018: manufacturing our first welding table
It all started in our workshop.
We needed a work surface that would make it easier to position, hold and assemble the various parts before welding them.
Rather than continuing to adapt to the tools available to us, we chose to develop our own solution.
That is how the manufacture of the first POS-MET welding table began in 2018.
Using it in our workshop quickly showed us just how much suitable equipment could change the way we worked.
A welding table that changed the way we worked
Using this first table every day allowed us to identify two major benefits: time savings and improved precision.
Positioning parts became easier. Repetitive assemblies were easier to reproduce. Holding the various elements in place before welding also became more effective.
In other words, the welding table was no longer simply a metal surface to work on: it had become a genuine production tool.
That was when we understood the potential of our idea.
If this table could improve our own work, it could also meet the needs of many other welders, metalworkers, boilermakers and metal fabrication professionals.
